Everything from 1.0.1.4 is included: Arnor, Gundabad, the Black Númenóreans, the shared stats, the cavalry whitelist and the lance rule. On top of it:

Dol Guldur

The Dol Guldur Uruks join the Forces of Shadow from the dark fortress of southern Mirkwood, with their own arsenal: Khamûl’s shadow spear, Dol Guldur swords and maces, great maces and great axes, and the Khamûl longbow.

Spears, levelled

Infantry spears get shorter shafts and the same thrust damage and speed in every faction. Each spear keeps its own length.

Race sizes

Uruks now stand taller than Men; Orcs are smaller.
